Abstract:

This is a report of a magnetic resonance imaging with delayed contrast enhancement on an adult patient with double-inlet left ventricle andl-transposition of the great arteries who has undergone staged ventricular septation in childhood. This report is unique demonstration of delayed contrast enhancement of the synthetic Teflon septum.
